As a first-timer to Clegg and not much of a car person, I was apprehensive when I visited, but the experience was perfect. The staff was great in explaining what I could expect from them and they did a great job on my car. Afterwards, they communicated all of their findings clearly and in a way I, the non-car guy, could understand. Their customer service is a step-up in the auto industry similar to the way Chick-fil-a is a premium sort of fast food. They seem to get a lot of customers, so definitely call first to set up an appointment.
